Auto insurance protects you against financial loss if you have an accident. It is a contract between you and the insurance company. You agree to pay the premium and the insurance company agrees to pay your losses as defined in your policy. Liability coverage pays for your legal responsibility to others for bodily injury or property damage.
A form of variable annuity contract where the contract holder pays sales charges up front rather than eventually having to pay a surrender charge. Liability Bodily Injury - Coverage that is required in CA to legally drive your vehicle on the road. If you are involved in an accident and it is your fault and the other person is injured, the other person is covered for for $15,000 in injuries or death. If there are more than one person injured in the other party's vehicle, then you are covered up to $30,000 for injuries or death, per incident. Property Damage - Pays for damages caused by you in your vehicle, to the property of others. Example: Car, fence, pole, plus any legal expenses.
Homeowner's insurance just does not cover homes, but it will cover those who rent homes, apartments, condos, and townhouses. These homeowner's policy are referred to at renter's homeowner policies. If you are a renter, you will not need protection against damage to the building itself, but you will need protection against damage or theft of your personal property and any type of liability just in case someone falls or gets hurts on the part of the premises that you rent.You, of course, would be protected with homeowner's insurance if there was theft or liability just in case someone injuries themselves in your condominium or townhouse.

Whats with the negative reviews, I would assume probably some competitors that do not like this company. Anyways, our experience with them was pleasant, My mother was with Farmers insurance for a very long time and she had an accident few months back. Unfortunately, we received her renewal offer and her policy pricing had jumped almost 30%. I asked and shopped around and was referred to this agency.
Their quote was the most competitive and we were able to pay the same amount that we did prior to the accident but still received the same coverage from a decent company. If you insurance price has gone up considerably, call them maybe they can sav some money for your too.

TERRIBLE! This guy REY is totally out of touch and gives HORRIBLE service. Total douche and I had to call back multiple times because he hung up on me. His secretary then told me "Im not your secretary" when I asked to speak to Rey. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Don't use a broker period. Just call the insurance companies yourself!
