This company takes advantage of its customers. This is a warning to the public. I am so frustrated and disappointed that words cannot describe my experience. They are so horrible and incompetent. Worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company!

We have been with Karp's Insurance more than 20 years. He and Gloria were truly helped us a lot regarding the cars and home Insurances. They were always responded either by phone calls or Email back to us as soon as they received. Mr Karp reached out to us soon after our daughter got involved in an automotive accident. He showed us the concerns and to make sure our daughter was alright and offered anything that He could help.

He took care our daughter's car and car rental as soon as we called him. Thank you so much for going extra miles and answered all our questions. You were a very true trooper and always looked out for us not by saving money alone, but helping the other customers too. Thanks

I had an unbelievably negative experience with this person and his assistant. After being a loyal costumer for over ten years, I had an accident and Mr. Karp ill-advised me on many levels to protect himself. I trusted him and ended up being compromised in several ways. Then, one year later, I purchased a new car and his assistant actually insured the wrong car causing me all kinds of complications and frustration.

When I confronted him with this he became belligerent and blamed me, saying that I gave him the wrong information, which is entirely untrue. Without going into detail, I discovered that this person became amazingly hostile when he was held accountable for his behavior. I immediately switched to another insurance company, and I'm much happier now.

I am a highly educated, successful professional and rarely have I encountered this kind of conduct. I discovered that once there was a real problem and a need for clarification, this person became a very distasteful character unwilling to take responsibility for the mistakes and difficulties his company caused me.

I have used Karp Insurance for many years and find them to be thorough, conscientious, helpful and informative.

I have been with Karp insurance for years. They are very available, knowledgeable and meets all my needs. They are very customer service driven and I would feel comfortable referring them to family and friends!

I've been a customer of Randy's for 10+ years, since I first got my license. He is very responsive, getting me insurance the same day when I got my new car, getting me renter's and homeowner insurance within hours of me calling, and supporting me through the one accident I had. He always makes sure I get the best deals and I can always trust him - which is hard to find with insurance agents! If you're in the market for a new insurance agent, give him a call or stop by!

I am so pleased with my switch to Karp Insurance. Not only do I pay almost 40% less than I did with my previous provider, the customer service really can't be beat!

Agree with previous review. After 8 years I've moved all my business and filed a complaint with the state department of insurance. In the beginning the service was good. But they had a second agent in the office. He left a couple years ago and the bottom fell out! The 'office girl' cancelled my homeowners policy by 'mistake' and unknowingly I was left without coverage for over a year. mr Karp refused to apologize or even write a letter for my mortgage company.

In his words- 'haven't you ever made a mistake? We've done as much for you as we are going to do. ' Do yourself a favor- Go somewhere else for insurance - it's not worth the risk or aggregation. PS I went directly to Travelers to complain and sent them the papers filed with the state DOI. they promised to investigate and assured me travelers doesn't operate with agents like this.

After being with my previous insurance carrier for over 10 years I have decided to make a change. I have spoken to Claudia at Karp Insurance and she was very helpful, knowledgeable and actually saved me some $$. This is my first year with Karp Insurance and so far so good.

After 5 years of patronage, this place has fallen to the pits. Worst customer service. Do not expect Claudia to get your information correct. If you need insurance help, go elsewhere- look for at least 4 stars.
