Services
It doesn't matter if you're here because you're looking for help living independently, or if you want to make sure someone you love has the support they need to stay in their home. We believe there's more to caring for people than just providing in-home assistance. You deserve a care partner that understands the course of your journey and will help navigate the road ahead. Whether it's preparing a meal or providing 24-hour nursing care, we will be there for you. Exceptional service is something we never compromise on.
Right at Home provides a range of in-home care options for seniors and adults with disabilities. Don't think of our services as one-size-fits all. We know everyone's needs are different, so our care plans are uniquely tailored to each individual. Whether it's helping with dressing and hygiene, providing medication reminders, or simply providing transportation to medical appointments, Right at Home's dedicated caregivers will help you or your loved one navigate life.
Meeting our goal of providing extraordinary care depends on more than just our own people. It relies on an extensive network of professionals who have the same commitment to their clients as we do. Without their referrals and partnerships, we would never be able to reach the multitudes of seniors and adults with disabilities who we serve.
You've worked hard to build a wonderful life for yourself and your family. Now you need a little help, but you have no intentions of life being any less extraordinary. We want your experience with us to be just as remarkable. To make sure it is, we developed a unique five-step approach to care. At each step, our focus is on you.

I worked for the West Dundee office in IL, it was a horrible experience. The supervisor's weren't very understanding with the clients as well as the caregiver. I was lied to about the client, and the client didn't need me the hours I was scheduled. The signing in and out was horrible, never used the app, and no one had been on location to check on the client care book in weeks. When I became sick, I was made to feel guilty about being sick! Very unprofessional compared to my new Co.

Supervision non existent. An employee condoned domestic violence, verbal abuse and unsanitary conditions in home of client.

Right at Home continues to meet and exceed expectations in the care they provide. Their customer service team, support, caregiving and social worker has been very helpful. As a therapist I refer to Right at Home because I know they will help make my patient's transition home go smoothly and will make sure the caregiver is the right fit for each client they have.

I can't say enough about how much I love working for Right at Home Corporate. We live and breathe the mission to improve the life of those we serve. The culture is unlike any other corporate office in which I've worked. Right at Home values people, they want the best for their employees, for the caregivers and for seniors and disabled adults all over the world.

I see that in action every day from the way we interact with each other, the way we strive to support and honor caregivers, the way we care about the best interest of aging adults by providing resources, professional training and helpful tools. Right at Home has partnered with Free Wheelchair Mission to raise awareness and funds for individuals in need of mobility around the globe.

Each year Right at Home invests time and money into providing mobility and making a difference in the lives of individuals in need, as well as making an impact on the RAH staff as well. Right at Home hosts fundraising events and sends several of our staff members on vision trips to poverty stricken areas to serve individuals in need first hand. As a Free Wheelchair Mission committee member, I know how important this cause is to our company and I'm so proud to be a part of that. I'm proud of the compassionate people who've built this company into what it is and that we continue to carry that model into every aspect of the business.

Right At Home in Tyler texas was hired one hour a week to dump trash and do a load of laundry or two for my 88 year old mother. It was also agreed that we would increase the time to two hours a week which would include a shower in 4 to 6 weeks. They never showed up on the agreed upon time. They were any where from an hour to two hours late. They would send young girls around 18-22 years of age that had no initiative or professionalism.

Once they couldn't get anyone and sent the case manager an hour and a half late. The straw that broke the camel's back was last week when a young woman showed up a half hour late with her 2 year old son which she could not control and my mother had to correct to leave her things alone and babysit. The young woman was inappropriately dressed and was told repeatedly to leave and take her child home and she refused to leave.

My mother was so stressed over this situation and what was to be a help turned out to be an unhealthy situation for my mother. I spoke with the director about this entire comedy of errors of which she said she had no knowledge of any of this, which begs the question, who is minding the store? Needless to say, I fired them that day. I was also reassured that I would not be charged for that last incident and I was.

Since it was an automatic bank draft, I now have to try and recoup those monies. Who exactly is running this agency? BEWARE OF THESE PLACES AND ALWAYS WATCH WHO THEY SEND TO YOUR LOVED ONES HOME.

Right at Home provided the right care for my Mom for several years. Her caregiver, Barb, was wonderful and helped take Mom to the store for groceries, sat and talked with Mom, and reminded her about any healthcare needs.such as taking her medications. When my Mom fell and was hospitalized for a short amount of time, Right at Home provided 24/7 care until Mom was back to being sure on her feet. Thanks Right at Home for helping my Mom stay one day longer in her own apartment!

I am so disappointed in your employees and lack of professionalism. Not once in 5 weeks did an employee arrive at the scheduled time where I had to follow up with the main office and find out what is going on. Today was the straw that broke the camels back, an inappropriately dressed woman and her 2yr. old child showed up. My mother at 88 yrs of age had to babysit and watch an inquisitive boy and even correct the child to leave her things alone.

What was to be a nice hour of help was a stressful time. My mother kept telling the woman to leave with her child because he was tired and she kept refusing. Highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Never Again! YOUR FIRED! Mary Dalrymple

UK franchise left my 91 year old father without any care for six days over Christmas 2015 knowing I was out of the country. He paid several months in advance for care. We were told there was no one available to look after him, which meant we had to buy last minute tickets for an international flight and managed to arrive home on Christmas Day two hours after the carer left.
