This is a great place for auto broker resources. The prelicense class is scheduled at times for different schedules. The class environment is relaxed yet professional and the instructor answers all questions and goes into great detail. You can also get your fingerprints done here as well as get information on bonding and anything else pertaining to getting your dealer license.

This unprofessional place does not deserve the one star I gave them. I will not be back in their office again. I had to go back 3 different times to get clerical errors fixed on my paperwork. Why have someone take time to complete an application if your not capable reading what is on the application to put on certificates of insurance and bonds. Does anyone proof read the documents before they tell you the documents are ready?
They are not friendly in that office. In fact, they are hateful individuals. Take my advice read the other posts go somewhere that appreciate your business, capable of getting your documents right THE FIRST TIME, and has a clean inviting office. The office is nasty and unwelcoming! It is cluttered and looks as if the carpet needs replacing. The whole place looks as if it needs a touch of bleach!

Starting a business can be very challenging! However, the insurance part of it was a breeze. Once I got in touch with Reggie, it was smooth sailing from there. I got my quote back in two days. Initially this agency was OK. Then my agent was replaced with a woman named Ginger. She had poor communication skills and terrible customer service skills. I've never had an insurance agent who did not like to answer basic customer question, and this was for information that I should have been informed of without asking. This agency is also not the cheapest. Search around for any other for dealer insurance and bonds.

We had our company insurance with them for over 4 years. Once day my insurance was canceled bcs of the clerical mistake within the office. I tried to talk to the Ron the owner and was hoping he would understand and try to help me fix the problem." Customer Service" was horrible he would not want to listen to me, and told me to get insurance thru someone else.
Would not recommend to anyone. They are not the only company to sell this type of insurance and bonds. If you are looking for bond try Surety Bond Girls lot better rates 3 times less then i have been paying with Ron Widener. Class to become a dealer deff take it from GIADA Horrible customer Service
