My update is that I spoke with one of the owners last week (Ashley Rosborough) with my concerns. She would look into things and call me back. Haven't heard from her but Jim left me a message and we have played phone tag. In the meantime I paid almost $400 for one of my insulins' because the list Jim provided me of preferred medications is WRONG and I had a 42% copay.
Now I am told my diabetic test strips and lancets aren't covered by this ins either- it goes under Medicare. How much info did he get right? hardly any! so this plan he suggested is NOT saving me $ because I will probably lose my house with the cost of meds not covered by this particular ins. I would NEVER use this company, never. Ashley didn't even have the courtesy of calling me back.
