We are a small business and were new to offering benefits to the employees. For convenience, the first year we used a provider contracted with our bookkeeping software. Big Mistake! I highly recommend using a different insurance agent. Because of Jordon Dethlefsen's lack of attention to detail, inability to communicate a timey manner, resulted in me not having dental insurance. He has not taken any accountability, but rather subtly put that back on me. You can buy insurance on your own, but because it's confusing. You. hire someone that understands insurance benefits, can explain them, communicates with you, and makes sure everything is clear, sharing information and educating you on the product you are paying for and in how payments need to be made and received. They get a commission in exchange for helping and servicing the account and they client My.

Steven was very helpful, knowledgeable, and resourceful and offered several alternatives that I had never considered. We ended up securing very affordable and comprehensive coverage for our family, thanks to Steven.

We worked with Garrett earlier this year when we were about to lose insurance because of retirement. Prior to that, we went on the Connect For Health Colorado website and were a little overwhelmed. A friend had recommended Sage Benefit Advisors and thank goodness she did. Garrett was great to work with, took his time explaining CFHC, answered my. seemingly endless questions, and made the process super easy.

He was really responsive (and very gracious about some technical issues for our first appointment early on in the work-from-home COVID situation), and just recently when we had questions about our new 2021 premiums he got right back to us and helped us. I highly recommend working with them!

AWFUL. This is my first experience with them after my previous broker retired. My phone appointment Nov 12 was okay, polite, but I didn't feel like they added any value. Still, at least they helped me change my health plan for 2021. Right? WRONG! There was no written confirmation of the change by Dec, so I emailed for confirmation. All I got. was a brief note correctly stating the name of the plan I wanted to change to, but nothing "official" looking.

I double-checked directly with the insurance company, and they had no record of the change! They said they would see it if it was done 3 weeks ago and recommended I contact the broker (Sage). I sent another email yesterday but got no response, so I called today and expressed my concern. I was assured that someone would call me back by the end of the day but no one did.

I thought a broker was supposed to make signing up for insurance easy, but this has been just the opposite. I have spent way too much time on this already, open enrollment ends in less than 2 weeks, and I still don't know what's going on.

I worked with Steven and he was very helpful. We set up Medicare supplemental insurance and Part D for my husband and he explained everything to us. He helped me get things fixed on Connect for Colorado so I could get my policy without my husband.

I absolutely can't rate Ashley and Nora high enough! From start to finish they exceeded my expectations on all levels! Ashley went above and beyond~reaching out to me once on her day off, knowing it would put my mind at ease. That is customer service!
