Saleme is great! They gave me a better car and home policy for a better price. Their customer service was fantastic. They answered every question with respect, and they always respond within a day or so. I did not feel like I was a dollar value to them. I felt like family.

The most important thing with insurance agents is their response time to your questions and their consistent reviews of your policies to make changes that fit you better (or save you money). I've been a Saleme client for almost 10 years and I can say they do both of these well. The State College office (Cindy) is wonderful at responding to all my questions, big and small, quickly and thoroughly, by phone and email.

And they always check at each policy renewal to be sure I don't need to increase or decrease coverage. It's a relief to not have to call an 800 number and get passed around to different reps, hoping you get a "good" one who know what they are doing. I wouldn't have it any other way. Very happy with them!

We even had a representative save us alot of money when we added a new teen driver. I've had my car insurance through Saleme Insurance ever since I started driving at 16 years old. So over 10 years now. They promptly answer any questions I may have and they are so nice! We switched to Saleme Insurance a few years ago after our long term insurer kept raising the rates all the time. Saleme gave us an excellent quote for home and auto insurance. Unfortunately we did have a home claim about a year later but we were very pleased with how quickly they had someone at our home to do the clean up and also how quickly the claim was processed so we could have the repairs done. Any time I have a question there is always someone available. And our rates are not going up every year, which is a plus. We are so happy that we made the switch.

I honestly can not say anything bad about Saleme Ins. My parents would literally tell everyone they got the chance to about Saleme as they used them for their business and personal needs. I eventually switched over to them and quickly understood why they loved them so much. Liz is my contact there and she always takes care of any issue or question basically immediately. Our rates are competative and with the recent claim made on Our vehicle, there was minimal effort on her end. A stressful situation was made lighter by the great work from Saleme & Erie.
