Our agency was established in 1965 by Jeffrey C. Symeonides as a one-man operation. It is now a full service insurance agency at the same location with professional staff, servicing all of New Jersey with a full range of insurance products. Michael Symeonides joined the agency in 1986 making it a real family business.
Liability coverage pays for your legal responsibility to others for bodily injury or property damage. I just got off the phone with maybe the rudest person I've ever talked to. I was trying to verify a claim and payment with this company, as we have a possible tenant claiming his income comes from this insurance agency, and the woman on the other side of the phone (I wish I had her name memorized) was not just useless but extremely rude, even going as far as hanging up on me. I don't think I was rude to her at all, but beware, they can be as rude as ever if they don't like what you're asking for.
