They have always been great with us. Called us when they saw a chance at a savings when we bought our new house (on Auto Insurance none the less!). When I dealt with our business insurance I dealt with Kelsey and she was ALWAYS great, quick and efficient. She goes beyond her job and is friendly & caring - always brings a smile to my face.
