Horrible claims adjusters who think they can tell you what they want without knowing their own policies or even state policies. Penny and Nancy for sure are unprofessional and doesn't return calls. Every one is rude down to the front desk person. Whoever I was in contact with in 2019 seemed to be the competent person.

This place is horrible. I have closed my account 5 months ago. When I call to let them know they are still sending me balance due messages, they put me on hold and never came back to speak with me. Why are you not closing my account? You are using bullying tactics and it will not work with me. I open this for my grandson 10 years ago within my Credit Union.
Now that his parents are financial situation I know longer need this policy. So I decided to close my account at least 5 months ago.
