Absolutely amazing company. Assistance with product selection for specific client needs is excellent! When something goes wrong, no matter who is at fault. They provide solutions. Which is very rare in the industry.

SMS has a very informative web for new agents, represent the best companies out there BUT it's my opinion that customer service in this market is very important. That being said, I have been with SMS for over 20 years. Their customer service is EXCELLENT. I am 25 years in Senior Market and my marketer is Matt.hats off to SMS!

The office is in a great central location and it is well maintained. There are murals on the stairwell walls to make the climb more enjoyable.
