After being a customer for about 4 years I chose to go to a different agent to save some money, which was great. After going back and fourth with slosek for weeks about money coming out of my account and getting refunded multiple times. 4 months later I recieve a notice saying my previous account with them is now in collections. With no letters, emails, phone calls nothing. 4 months of nothing until i get a letter in the mail stating its in collections. Joanne is horribly rude.

I can't think of one thing nice to say about her. Mike in my opinion is the strength of this agency. Nothing bad to say about Mike, except I wish someone would have communicated that theres a balance owed to this company. I will never refer any of my friends or any more of my family to them. My advise to Slosek. Up the communication, I hated waiting days for a return call, and hated getting a phone call 2 days before my policy was going to expire that you can save me thousands but i have to pay 800 bucks. That was strike 2. My last piece of advice. Joanne should stop answering the phone.

Mike does what he can to make sure you're happy about your car insurance and policy is what you can afford. My wife and I been going to Slosek for over 12 years. Mike may write left handed but he get the job done RIGHT.
