The worst experience I've ever had, terrible service, I never received my ID card in my regular mail, I called 4 times to have them correct my address and they never did, now my insurance went up and without telling me anything and without me agreeing, Maribel she has terrible customer service, she started arguing with me on the phone because I told her that they have never helped me, if you don't like the work you do, dedicate yourself to something else where you like it because it's not fair that they treat customers bad way. I asked to cancel my insurance, because of her bad way of treating me and she did absolutely nothing to help me.

This place is really great.called them many times since i been with them to avoid the hassle of driving down to an insurance place.agent helped me get a good price and even helped fax/email me paperwork to set it up.highly recommended place to go.they can search for best prices with your current record.if your looking to a better insurance rate.call them.you will not be disappointed!
