Farnham Insurance Agency was founded in 1954 by local businessmen, Hubert Stokes and Roy Farnham. Today, the agency is still locally owned and committed to a high standard of excellence in all we do to establish a firm relationship of mutual trust and service for our customers. Horrible experience. Called multiple times for a quote. Called again today said they had to call me back, I called back 2 hours later and this is what I was told " it's Friday we're busy and I can't give u a quote just because you call and request one?" What kind of business has customer service that talks to people this way? I will not give these people my business even if it means saving $$. Very rude, oh and her name was Angie. Shop around people, just imagine how they will treat you if you were in an accident.
