Services
Every successful claim begins with a successful strategy. This strategy starts with a complete review of your insurance policy and then an evaluation of how best to present your loss to maximize its value. That's only the beginning. Next, we evaluate and document your damage using the methods and tools that show your loss in its best possible light.
You buy insurance to protect you from the terrible things you hope never supposed to happen. Yet the reality is those terrible things happen all the time. Accidents happen. Tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, sinkholes, burst pipes, fires and explosions all occur with great frequency. These catastrophes are the reasons why individuals and businesses purchase insurance.
On one claim Mitch and his team got us 10 times more than our insurer offered. On another Claim our insurer tendered a 7 figure partial payment within 1 week after Mitch took the lead on claim. Strategic Adjusting is very aggressive and get great results, I highly recommend their services. I had a claim from Hurricane Wilma.

Absolutely horrendous service. The initial clerk was atleast kind and tried to help me; David and station manager who they would not give his/her name were abhorrent I tried talking to either but they would not see me to talk after I requested numerous times to speak with them. David the supervisor "left" for the day but was at the gate later when asked further. Tried to call customer service or corporate and no one answers there. I wasn't the only person trying to talk to them either there were other experiencing difficulties.
