Excellent customer service with Lorie Hawkins. I am new to the area and at the last minute I realized I had forgotten to change my home and auto insurance. Lorie is friendly, professional and extremely prompt in getting everything taken care of for me. Moving is stressful and that was one easy thing to mark off my list after I contacted her.

Dale, George, and Lorie are a phenomenal team. Family purchased a home in the NC mountains and we searched for insurance for the house. Could not get agents near the house to answer to call us back. I called George and we had a quote the same day. George also does NC insurance. We added a piece of family property as well. Definitely call them for your needs!

I waited nearly a week just to hear they didn't have anyone that would write my insurance. For days I was being told someone would get back with me and everyday went by with no call. After my fourth call is when I finally got an agent not the secretary. Who like I said before then told me I had to find insurance elsewhere. He also wasn't apologetic that it took so long for me to speak to someone only to be turned down.
