Stacey Thiel is an owner and agent at Thiel Insurance group, working primarily out of the Appleton office. Stacey was born and raised in Combined Locks and has been a life-long resident of the Fox Cities. After graduating high school she attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. Stacey joined Thiel Insurance in 1988 and is licensed in all lines of insurance including property, casualty, life, and health.

We worked with Hunter on getting our home and auto insurance transferred to a new company. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about what we were signing up for. He walked lined by line through our new policy quote so we knew exactly what we were getting. Our current policy covers far more. Hunter was thorough in ensuring we have enough coverage for the new home we are in. Looking back at our old policy, I'm glad we switched and now have the appropriate coverage for our home. I have been with Thiel Insurance for years and they truly take care of their customers. They stay abreast of the insurance market and review their customer's insurance policy and review to ensure they are receiving the best rates. The latest review allowed me to change company's and is saving me just under a $1000 a year. I have received exceptional customer service especially from Lisa Bascue.
She takes time to listen and explain things in terms that an average customer can understand and follows up if necessary to make sure things are taken care of. Highly recommend the Thiel team for your insurance needs.

Best insurance agency by far! First I just want to mention that I don't often take time to give extensive reviews or comments, only if I truly believe they are deserved or warranted; good or bad. I keep in mind that negative experiences with companies are more often shared than positive experiences. Thiel always makes sure I am getting the best coverage for the best price even if it means they have to do more work on their end for no extra compensation!
