Made phone calls for 2 weeks with no return call. I had to physically go into the office to get a response. An additional liability policy was supposed to be cancelled at that time. I find out over a month later that the policy he was supposed to cancel was never cancelled and now they are canceling because of non-payment. I had to deal with the home office to straighten it out.
I don't want it on my record that I did not pay and got cancelled. The agent, Sean, should have done his job. My first visit to the office I told him that customer service was the most important thing to me. Obviously this is not the place to go for that.
