Carol joined him a few months later. Ten years later the agency moved up the street to a little blue 1907 Victorian house at 188 Ericksen Avenue and changed the name to Thornburgh Insurance Agency. Today, the agency has the same goals it did in the beginning which is to help our insureds understand their policies, give objective advice and provide outstanding service.
Carol Thornburgh and Rachelle Thornburgh, our personal lines agents, are here to listen to you and your individual insurance needs. They can help you find the coverage you need in order to protect your physical property and financial assets. As an independent agency, we have the ability to quote a selection of high quality companies based on which is the best fit for you. We are here to support you by servicing your account, answering any questions, and being your advocate/advisor through any claims.
Our agency can quote many kinds of commercial insurance in our office. Some types of commercial insurance require an application be submitted to the company, such as Directors & Officers Liability, Professional Liability or more complicated insurance risks. Do you have questions about your current coverage or are you just starting a business?
We encourage our clients to call us so we can advise and guide you through the claims process. Once you have submitted a claim to the insurance company, you will be appointed an adjuster who will contact you (most often within 24 hours). Should there be any issues, questions or concerns at any time, we are here as your advocate to help make the claim process as efficient as possible.
