Tri-County Schools Insurance Group (Group No. 7084) offers two very distinct dental programs through Delta Dental of California. The first is the long standing, popular plan referred to as the Delta Premier Plan. Under this program, Delta pays 70 percent of the approved fees for covered diagnostic, preventive, basic, cast and crown benefits during the first year you are eligible.
It is time to get ready for your new pharmacy benefits manager. Pharmacy is an important part of your health benefits. Please watch the mail at the end of June for your new ID card. You will need to present this card when you use your pharmacy benefits. If you are currently getting a prescription from a retail pharmacy, you may be able to continue receiving your refills from that pharmacy using your new ID card.
A covered person may elect a brand name product when a generic is available; however, the covered person will be liable for the difference in cost between the brand name and the generic drug along with the brand name copay. A generic or formulary drug will automatically be substituted for a brand name drug unless there are health reasons and a letter of medical necessity from the prescribing physician has been received and approved by a panel of clinical pharmacists at Pro Act.For your convenience letters of medical necessity can be faxed by the physician's office directly to Pro Act's clinical staff at (877) 635-9545.
