I have been a little disappointed with the level of customer service I have received the last two years with this company, as I have been a customer for the past 13 years. I recently called in for a different reason, business not personal insurance and was bounced around to three different individuals. Not horrible, but not professional. My actual frustration was the arrogance that I received from the individual who I finally spoke with and whom called me back regarding the quote I had asked about.
The individual was more worried about & inquiring about our $LARGER$ business policy we have with another company then the actual one I called about! I would not have taken it so personally except for the fact that I felt like I was on the witness stand and was being questioned by opposing counsel! Rather then give me a simple answer, I felt like not only my professionalism, but most importantly my integrity was being judged!
I like to think people have off days and we as humans do not use our words wisely all the time, however, both interactions with this individual proved to be equally disappointing.
