Kemper is dishonest, steals your rights and deprives you from your rightful compensation. they are just a shame for insurance business and they should be closed and they should be charged by GOV for their unfairness and taking peoples money and not paying injured peoples rights and compensations. They think they are smart and can keep your money and compensation in their dirty pocket.

Hire Lawyer and fight Kemper and stand up to them for your rights and complain and write to GOV about Kemper and their wrong doings and hold them accountable for their wrongs! Thank you all and God bless!

Worst insurance ever, after filing a claim And they admitted liavility still haven pay for my damages, its been over three months now And they dont even return calls. I had to report them with BBB And open an investigation.

This insurance company is such bull shit. I submitted a claim 3 weeks ago and gave my statement to the adjuster Tiffany harris. The insured by this insurance company even admits 100% fault and tries to contact the adjuster but Tiffany Harris just ignored all calls and doesn't call back. She literally is avoiding both of our calls. This company is the meaning of bad faith. I'm still waiting on a call back, I call multiple times a week to always be sent to voicemail.

I always leave a voice mail and still receive nothing in return. They think they'll be getting away with taking peoples money and not providing the service they are supposed to provide but they won't.

I waited for 4 months for the Alliance Insurance company to get back to me. After waiting 5 more months the insurance said that my policy did not cover the damage. I been paying full coverage for 10 years and when I finally need them to help they decided that my policy didn't cover. I was paying 206 for full coverage every month, imagine just giving these people your money for years. Getting a new car and making sure I never get this insurance ever again.

What a complete waste of time and money. Btw this Insurance compnay is given by brokers, make sure your broker does not give you this insurance. This insurance is a complete joke. The insurance laws should be change, if the insurance company doesn't want to pay they should legally pay you back at least half of what the customer has been paying through out the years.

The only reason I found a solution to my problem was because my dealership Honda was able to help me more than this "insurance". Unfortunately I know many people won't have this option. Kemper / Alliance Insurance are a scam

We have been with Kemper since 2020, and beginning of March my car was hit in middle of night while in my carport. When it was reported to Kemper our nightmare started. I got an adjuster who was completely rude and disrespectful to me and refused to assist to letting us know a shop they are associated with. After day 3 the adjuster blocked my number from going to to ask questions.

After filing complaints all the way up the chain, my husband and I started getting phones calls from supervisors. Then the auto shop the car was taken to informed the insurance refused to assist them by getting work approved on my car. After 39 days of back and forth with the insurance, I finally got my car back from the shop being fixed. Now we had to fill a complaint to get car rental paid back and after filing another complaint, that finally was approved to be done.

I have never had such a hard time or hassle with an insurance company and I will never recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is rude, disrespectful, and hard to work with and we are over it.

Worst company ever! I was hit by one of thier customers. It has been over 5 months, and my claim still hasn't been resolved yet. I'm filing a legal complaint against them as my company provides free legal services to thier employees.

Terrible insurance company. After being hit by someone with this insurance I filed a claim with Kemper. Was assigned an adjuster, her name is Priscilla Gutierrez. I left her over a dozen voicemails and she has not called me back to even taken my statement. My accident was on Jan 19 and it is now March 25, and my car is still not fixed. This is a scam insurance company committing massive fraud. How are they allowed to stay in business? I have retained a lawyer and am going to be filing a lawsuit soon for compensatory and punitive damages.

My only interaction with Kemper Insurance has been as a claimant against one of their customers. Everything done smoothly until time to pay. No calls answered or returned, no rental car bills paid and definitely no auto repairs paid. Company would need a ladder to get up to third rate. My best advice is, if a Kemper customer hits you or your car. Get all personal and insurance information.

If insurance doesnt follow through, sue the driver personally for the damages done, time and effort trying to contact Kemper, and the time getting suit through small claims. Let the driver try working with Kemper.

I'm in the middle of a claim with someone who rear ended me and has Kemper insurance. This has got to be one of the worst auto claims experience I've had. This is the only company I've dealt with that makes you pay for your own rental car. Then they say it will be submitted for a "consideration of reimbursement". In other words, they are going to do anything they can to get out of paying for the rental car. They have made the entire process extremely inconvenient. I would not recommend anyone use this company.

Update: Was given a new adjuster, unexpectedly, via email. My car is considered a total loss and I was given a reasonable settlement price.

This is the most unprofessional insurance company I've ever worked with. I was hit by one of their customer 3 weeks ago and have left a dozen voice mails with the assigned adjuster and his supervisor. I have not received one call or email. I guess I will have to sue them to collect on my claim.

I wouldn't recommend Kemper to my worst enemy, let alone a friend or relative. Simply put, Kemper wrote the book on how to provide the worst customer experience humanly possible. Their employees hate their job and ensure they reflect their misery on to their customers. The stress and headache from having to work with these people will take years off your life. Under no circumstance will they return your call or follow up on any item whatsoever. They have no accountability, take no pride in their work, and could care less about how they represent their employer. To the leadership team at Kemper, I challenge you to look yourselves in the mirror and hold your teams to a higher standard.

Completely disorganized and conducts their business in a suspicious manner. Terrible reps that don't seem to know what they're doing and are rude. This company has inconsistent methods of communication and have flat out lied to me with no recognition of their mistakes. Every call you receive sounds like it's coming from a shady telecommunication center from which you hear the calls of other agents on the phone in the background. You'll likely never speak to the same agent twice. A waste of your time and money.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I love how their site and letters say they are all about customer service but service is literally non existent. 1. When receiving letters there were so many spelling and grammatical mistakes that it was laughable. 2. Lisa Mauricio from the claims team definitely doesn't belong in a position that requires "customer service" or timely upkeep on anything.

She requested the same information multiple times even though it had been sent to her already AND doesn't know how to respond to an email but asks to be emailed? Makes a lot of sense. She is rude and has zero tact providing no effort to actually do her job but as you can tell from other reviews this company as a whole is clearly garbage. Use a real insurance company and avoid these scammers at all costs.

I've had Kemper for a very longggg time now and never had an issue. That is because I never had to use them up until this past year on October 2021 when an incident happened. Please do yourself a favor and find another insurance, Kemper will not respond to any of your emails/calls and trust me I am a very persistent person. At this point you should pay the extra $ to go elsewhere where they will provide the services you need.

My adjuster is Michelle Hoffman and she was responding very slowly and fixed the 1st half of the issues then ghosted me. I've called her non stop, email after email and nothing. I even contacted her manager and still got nothing. I'm working with a subro adjuster as well and they didn't respond to me until a couple of weeks ago when I actively called them and even then they asked me for information I had already gave them months ago!

Look for insurance else where because they definitely will not help you. I'm glad that my situation wasn't a bad accident because Kemper would not be there to help resolve the damage.

Terrible. Was hit by a driver that had Kemper insurance. Jesus Jimenez called me stating that the driver had said he paid me cash and settled, which he provided no proof of and was a complete lie. According to Jesus, the driver had already admitted fault and Jesus proceeded to be extremely rude on the phone and began interrogating me. At which point I stopped the call and let him know my insurance agent would contact him for further details. My agent has been attempting to contact him and has gotten no response. Have never dealt with such terrible service.

Never can get ahold of a adjuster when it's time to need insurance but they sure will take all your money and let that go through but to get in touch or even a phone call back from a supervisor is like seeing a ufo. Time to change insurance I will definitely not have this company covering my other vehicles.

Car was stolen 10/20/2021. Spoke to Malcolm Legons my adjuster on 10/21. No rental car supposedly cover by my full coverage insurance. He said to fax over my affidavit in order to move on with my claim. My car was found on 10/25. I went immediately to the police lot to change the documents to that Kemper can pick up. On 10/27 I reached out to Malcolm never called me back.

I then called several number and he called me back and said he never received my affidavit. I emailed him back my stuff on 10/29. My car was picked up on 11/2 and 11/3 I got an appraisal to fix my car. I called Malcolm 11.4 and he said that he will look into the appraisal and that it takes up to 5 days to review the appraisal. This is ridiculous. I have called his supervisor Robert Quina about 5 times and left all VOICE MAILS.

Never has he called me back. They are just fixing my car and it takes this long to fix my car? I had infinity long ago then I switch and because of financial hardship I came back but once this is all over I'm looking for another insurance company. I have no car and no rental. I've never gone out of my way to write a negative review about a company but Kemper Insurance has crossed the line for me. The agents rarely answer the phone and rarely return your calls. Same goes for email. I'm not sure if they don't have enough people but this is ridiculous. It should not be this difficult to get in contact with someone from the company. I will not be renewing my policy with this agency and would recommend others to look elsewhere for an insurance provider.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. My daughter was in an accident back in July and her car was totaled she only has heard back from them twice. All their agents phones go straight to Voicemail and they NEVER answer the phone OR return phone calls EVER! We have had to make 2 car payments post the accident as they are SLOW in all aspects of this company!

She hasn't received her paperwork so she can take care of her portion. Ally Auto has not heard from them either and doesn't even know the car was totaled until I spoke to them. BIG WASTE OF TIME AVOID THIS COMPANY!
