Great customer service! I was only looking for homeowners insurance, however after talking with Jade I made the decision also to change my auto insurance. She was very helpful on helping me select the correct coverage for both insurance. Communication was great, she was very responsive to all the questions and decided that i was going with Unity One Insurance instead of other insurance provider.

Been with Unity One for 10 years +. Chris is always easy to reach and always seems to remember who you are. That's important! I think insurance rates are going to be pretty close across the board but finding the one that's right for you is when customer service really comes into play. You can walk into his office 3 years from now and he'll call you by name and have your info ready before you sit down. Thanks Chris.

Chris Plummer is the best insurance agent I have worked with. I asked Chris to get me rental insurance and within 10 minutes over the phone at Best Buy, I paid him, and he got me rental insurance.
