In order to remove a vehicle from your policy, you will need to return the tags to the MVA and then call us to take the vehicle off of your policy. Most of our companies will issue new ID cards every 6 months by mail. If you need a copy of your ID card(s) immediately, you can call or email our team and we will get them to you.

My husband had a horrible experience with someone here forgetting to file his paperwork. This resulted in a costly lapse of insurance for him. Finally switched to a different insurance. Not worth it! Keith is the only nice person here, anyone else you deal with is rude and unhelpful!

Great customer service is a priority. First, you get to speak to a human when you call in and not an automated response system. Second, that human you're speaking to is knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and professional. I've been with this company forever and I won't even look anywhere else!

I find Ron Hannum to be an excellent resource. He helped me buy into just the insurance I need and is quick to respond when I have had questions, need copies of insurance cards and a need to make claims. I have referred others to him.
