Don't hold your breath, seems like agents are so busy with new business, they can't return calls for existing customers. Made two calls in four days (if you add the weekend, that's six days ago) to the Everett office to make a change to my insurance; had to pay the existing policy because no one got back to me. So, all of you new customers beware, now that they've got you, you may never get helped again. Update: two weeks later and still nothing, no email, no call or text. Time for a new insurance company.

I AM NOT HAPPY. their hidden fees are ridiculous. $8 fee unless you go paperless. A $40 insurance fee just to write up a policy for you. I paid for 6 months of insurance up front and they still charged me the $8 fee for not signing up for paperless billing. They would not refund the money when I asked them why I was being charged that fee when I paid for all 6 months up front?

I didn't end up with the quote they gave me when I called to start the policy. It ended up being about 32 more a month!. The customer service agents so far have been very unhelpful and I don't think k I want to go through them any more. So far I'm very unhappy with the service and billing.

Carlos is the best. Crystal leaves at 5:30 when they close at 6:30 and has at least two times promised me she would get back to me and help me before she leaves which she hasn't. I am still trying to contact her but they all have a meeting today and won't be back till tomorrow. I am being charged for two insurances at the same time because I can't reach the company to cancel and get refunded the insurance that we had gone through with which was half the insurance I needed since I am financing my car.

Being a first time car buyer, I would think she would be the one with the questions making sure she is supplying me with what I need. We went through with the payment and after that is when it was discussed that I am financing my car therefore I needed full coverage- basically I paid for nothing. So I have now paid over $300 for partial coverage which is not enough to cancel my other forced insurance which is over $600 a month.

In the end, I am still paying for both which is absolutely unnecessary and also quite frustrating. I would simply like to be able to contact this company so I can cancel my partial insurance.

When I signed up with this insurance company they told me that I had an accident on my record that I had never been in, which made my rates with them go up. I had to pay $13 for my driver's record to prove that I'd never been in the accident and get them to lower my rates. My girlfriend tried to get covered with them and they also told her that she'd been in accident that she never had been in.

She paid $13 for her driver's record too, but then got insured through another agency that had no record of such accident. When she got covered with the other agency I dropped my coverage with Vern Fonk to switch and turns out my agent never actually cancelled my policy. So I was charged automatically this month and I can't even get a hold of National General Insurance at 7 pm because they're closed.

Will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this horrible and fraudulent company. Would recommend Sav-on Insurance for lower rates and much better customer service!

Just purchased several rental properties and needed to secure home owner insurance policies. It's Friday evening around 6:20 pm the weekend before 4th of July. Don't remember how many agencies I called (12 or 13) before getting a "real" human to interact. Her name is Kashia. Within a few minutes Kashia had me signed up for coverage with an excellent brand (Safeco).

She was professional, very personable, thorough, and passionate about her job. People's needs unfortunately, don't only happen Monday - Friday between 8 to 5. I was lucky to find Kashia and Vern Fonk to assist me with my insurance needs. I highly recommend Kashia to assist you with your Home & Rental insurance and Auto insurance needs.

I've been with Vern Fonk for over 2 years now and have always had spectacular service with them. Initially when I set up, they made it easy walked me through my options. Now, when my insurance jumped up (for no reason) the representative informed me before the changes and even had other options available immediately. She made it so easy to switch over. Heidi was extremely polite and nice. She answered all my silly questions and was very helpful.

The insurance is expensive, policy prices are increasing every 6 months and is not related to tickets or accidents. I had this insurance for 1 year, maybe a little more and being a good driver I was paying more and more every 6 months. The insurance is not providing accurate information. I had home insurance for a few months and they charged me $ 100. 00 more than they told me.

They gave me a quote for $ 413 for my house, but since it was paid by the bank they charged more without notifying me. Later I asked them why? The answer was paper work fee. I canceled the policy as soon as I noticed they are not fair. And plus, the women whom I worked with was very rude. I do not recommend this insurance company to anyone!

Let me start off by saying Jose is my go to guy here. I've been with them for almost 2 years now and haven't had a single problem. If I have any questions about my policy or need to update info they are always willing to help. They always search for the best price for you and make sure that you are happy before leaving. The staff is always friendly and happy and treats my daughter amazing whenever we go in to pay my insurance.

I will definitely be sticking with them as they got me the lowest price I've ever paid for insurance. If you want good affordable insurance then this is a must go and check out. You will not be disappointed at all. Thanks Vern fonk!

The only reason this review is negative at all, is that the insurance company they "sent" me to in California called Workmans Automotive or some made up crap, is horrible. I thought I was staying locally here and I did have a great experience with the person who was setting me up here in Seattle. Workmans tho.wish I could find them on yelp. Shitheads.

If you are required to have RS22 insurance in order to reinstate your license, please advise: call the DMV before you deal with the insurance company, in this case Vern Fonk, Aurora. well, we contacted vern fonk for the insurance coverage, and had paid $300+ first payment. A week later we found out that my other half cannot get his license until sometime in 2011. we called and cancelled as soon as we found out.our refund was $10. take the money and run, vern Fonk!

Alyson became abusive to our employee. I'm glad she was satisfied for 2 years prior to this initial phone call. We have thousands of satisfited customers and have been serving the puget sound since 1952.

Call us for all of your car, house and business insurance needs. 206 634 2500. Remember honk when you drive Vern Fonk." I very clearly stated the exact breakdown of events as handled by their employee, which I immediately posted on Yelp (including the fact that I had left a message days earlier that had not been returned and that I was being charged substantially more than I was originally told).

Two years later a company who seemingly had no interest in responding to this issue when I also IMMEDIATELY brought it to the attention (via email) of the supervisor of the branch (and has never had a conversation with me EVER) is suggesting I was abusive to their employee who barely gave me a moment to get a word in edgewise between putting me on hold without asking in addition to hanging up on me? I didn't imagine I could be more disappointed with the customer service of this company, but lo and behold - they managed to trump their previous poor behavior.

Do you ever wonder: "If I could go back in time and change one thing in my past, what would it be?" Maybe a time where you hurt the feelings of a loved one. Or when you lied to your best friend. Or cheated on a spouse. Or some ridiculous purchase you made. Mine goes something like this: In 5th grade, we had to put on one of those yearly class plays.

Those type of plays where every kid in your 130-kid class had a part to say. Every year you had to do one, and every year it was the worst day of your life. In 1st grade, it was "Fairy Tales" (I was Pinocchio.) In 3rd grade, it was Patriotic American history (I was William Tell.) In 5th grade, it was "Heroes, " and this is where my regret begins. Amongst having to sing wretched songs like "You Are The Wind Beneath My Wings, " every kid in the class had to pick their own personal hero and write their own part about them. 98% of the parts were dedicated to grandparents or parents; it was just a big parental masturbatory affair.

One big wank job in the gym bleachers as each parent took turns thinking, "Fuck, I AM that great." I, embarrassingly / shyly / regretfully, called out my dad as being my hero. I know he was glowing in those cramped bleachers, and probably nudging other parents around him, saying, "That's my'boy." But if I could go back in time and change one thing in my life, I would change this.

The Future Me would meet the Fifth Grade Me, altering the time-space contiuum, and introduce me to the wonders of Vern Fonk. I would have proceeded to give the most amazing soliloquy in the history of elementary school plays, for in the world of demigods, Vern Fonk reigns supreme. Apparently, this company offers auto insurance, but I had no idea until I looked them up online.

If you have ever stayed up late watching Conan or other late night infomercials, you've undoubtedly seen their local commercials. And most likely, they've left you completely stunned, like a leg came out of your television screen and kicked you right in the taint. Simply put: in advertising, there is a distinct line between promotion and art. Vern Fonk not only exploits that boundary, he straight up DESTROYS it.

These are the most amazing advertisements I have ever seen -- local or national. I don't care about the company. I'm sure if I went there, I'd give them half a star. I mean, LOOK at it. I hate to read a book by it's cover, but c'mon. Aside from this, the commercial(s) demand I give them a five-star-perfect-score here, and who can blame me?

The only complaint I have is that tonight's commercial made my TV spontaneously combust, and I hadn't even finished making payments on that damn thing. Want to see for yourself?
