We couldn't be happier with Kevin and his team. We had hesitancy with the fees and concerns that we'd be out of pocket for part of claim. That was all put to rest at the end. They exceeded our expectations. Kevin is knowledgeable, professional and knows a fair amount of the insurance adjusters that come out from your insurance company with established relationships and knowledge that can work in your favor.
He knows the laws and what the insurance company won't volunteer to replace without a professional in your corner. He found plenty in our case that we would have never have thought could be included. He dealt with everything and we practically didn't have to deal with the insurance company at all. We can't say enough, and highly recommend!

I had a situation and started working with a different company. Almost a year in, I wasn't getting anywhere and decided to speak to these guys. Zev Guttman, was assigned to me and worked his tail off asking with the order, Kevin Kaufman. After a few months, the were able get things resolved and I got my settlement with virtually no game. I'm super happy with the results and would highly recommend that you get in touch with them the moment you have any kind of property loss as a homeowner or a tenant. BTW, if you're a tenant, it's imperative you get renters insurance. It's super cheap and if you ever have a loss, you'll be kicking yourself that you didn't get it.

Our home recently suffered storm damage. Having delt directly with the insurance company on a past claim years ago I was dreading going through the process again. Would never recommend Kevin Kaufman. This guy is so busy he won't even answer a call. Claims to be an expert public adjuster for water and fire damage but only collects his check. Brags about being a self made millionaire and is a true definition of a Slumlord who rents out the house next door infested with toxic mold. Don't waste your time.

Property Adjustment Corporation was amazing, I couldn't recommend them more. They were very thorough and took care of everything for me, it was as hassle-free as it could be. Kevin was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and the staff was always pleasant and responsive. They'll definitely be the first people I call if I have any issues in the future.

Kevin Kaufmann is a highly professional property adjuster/appraiser who helped my husband & I resolve a complicated claim that our attorney was not able to handle properly. Although the staff was friendly and professional, I was disappointed in my overall experience with Property Adjustment Corp. I used them as my adjuster for an insurance claim and not only did it take over 6 months to finally receive all the payments I was promised, but I didn't end up receiving even enough money to cover my losses. I had to constantly follow up with them about the payments and progress so I ended up spending considerable time on this project after all (even though the reason I used them was to save me time). I feel I did not get my monies worth and will not be using them in the future.
