Great customer service from Patrice Osabel. She answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable. She was a pleasure to deal with.

Mr. Chris Sheppard has been my insurance agent since my husband passed away and my children and I lost our health insurance. While my employer offered health insurance, the coverage was very expensive for very poor coverage. My husband had always handled deciding on which plan was best for our family. I knew nothing about this process. Chris walked me through, explained and answered endless questions with patience and compassion.

To this day I never fear asking a question because there is no judgement. He never makes me feel as if it was something I should have known. Year after year he advises me on what is best for me according to my changing circumstances. He is now helping me navigate my transfer to Medicare as well as helping me find an individual plan for my dependent child.
