Chittenden Group Insurance really goes the extra mile. I was unable to sign for my new policies because I don't have a computer so my agent, Alan Kain, drove all the way to East Hampton to see me! He was so kind and respectful of my home. If I ever need help, he and his team are on top of it. I feel safe knowing I have such great backup and isn't that really the point? Thank you Alan!

Having been with many other agency's you are able to compare and contrast brokers and agencies. Top to bottom not only is the Chittenden team well versed in their products, but they offer a breath of services. They work hard for you on renewals and fight to get you the best result. This was my first experience having to purchase homeowner insurance. I just bought a new house and I thought the process was going to be a nightmare. Far from it. I was referred to Alan Kain and process of getting me a policy was so streamlined, I couldn't have asked for anything more. I imagined tons of paperwork, so much back and forth but Alan had a process that was so effortless.
