Slow response times and seem unorganized. Started a new policy and was billed for my old policy as well as the new one because they did not notify the old insurance carrier. Not very friendly when calling

Taylor Egler, my agent at Webber and Grennell I was able to get my car reinstated as at Registry of motor vehicles while I was at the Honda dealer trying to buy a new vehicle. It was just about closing time and in a matter of minutes she had me reinstated and I was able to close the deal. These people are the best and easiest to work with. They make insurance both simple and the experience a Pleasant one. I know when I leave the agency I am well covered for whatever insurance they provide. I wish all of my business dealings or with people this confident.

My interaction with Jessica Plata is beyond exceptional. She handles all my insurance needs and is never too busy to handle all my questions. In all my insurance needs I feel so confident with Jessica every time. She truly is an amazing asset to your company. I know she's the main reason I've never looked elsewhere. 2 days, 2 unreturned messages, and 4 calls total to have something as simple as having collision added to an existing policy. Nothing better for your bottom line than frustrating and pissing off a 30+ year customer of Ross Insurance. Can't imagine how much business you've lost as a result of the ineptitude I've experienced the past two days. How about this.the pandemic hysteria should have abated long before now.

Get your employees out of their homes and back into the office. I can and do work remotely with Geico a hell of lot more efficiently than you ever will. Right now I have zero incentive to keep my business with Webber & Grinnell and probably won't!

I've had the pleasure of working with Jon and he made the entire process of getting insurance so much easier and understandable. In the end he saved me a significant amount, but more important to me was the amazing customer service. He got back to me every time without delay, even taking the time to explain how to get a problem taken care of at the RMV. If only every business was like this, Truly thankful, Jon!
