New teen driver made insurance rate skyroket with current company. Was told that's best rate until I said I'm shopping around. Magically they found a new company less than 1/3 what we were going to pay for the same coverage. Was double billed the first month over 1,000.00 from old company and new. They did cover the cost and we signed the refund check to them once it showed up.
That's the reason they got 3 stars instead of one. Up until this ordeal with a new driver it was great but we were also zero maintenance staying with the same company for years.
