Karen enjoys helping people with their insurance needs. She began working in the insurance industry and earned her Property and Casualty license in 1999. Even after graduating in 2001 with a degree as a paralegal, Karen's heart was still in insurance and serving her customers. In 2007 Karen became a broker and opened up West Harbor Insurance with her brother Stephen.

The most honest and friendly people work here and strive to help you understand what you need to do to both SAVE money and be covered. Karen and Steven are the best and have never made me feel like I had a stupid question, when I had absolutely no idea what to do after my first car accident. Karen and Stephen know their stuff. They will not talk to you about anything that they don't believe you need. They will work hard to find you great insurance at a fair price. They also sell AAA memberships!
