This terrible company will go out of its way to avoid covering anything related to transitioning. They refused to cover my voice therapy under the grounds that it's "cosmetic", they refused to cover 2 patches twice a week, and when I was staying at Dane County Care Facility the staff called insurance about my stay and when they mentioned that my stay was related to being without the estrogen the person from WPS said "oh, is that all they're staying there for?" They genuinely couldn't care if I die so I don't really care if they were to go out of business! Would give 0 stars if possible, try any other insurance company!

This place is a joke to work for. They lie and play games. Do not work here as a programmer. The atmosphere feels like communist China and the managers are shady. The culture is one that feels like a southern plantation, do as master says. The managers will lie to your future employers about why you left the company. It is really sad that they would slander someone's name and try to ruin their career.
Their frail egos have left them shells of men that are incapable of being honest with themselves about the reality of the events around them. They were not good developers so I don't know what the train of thought was in making them managers thinking they would do more than talk all day.

This place is full of arrogance. If you are a developer do not waste your time working here. There are many other better options. The managers have no real value and just sit around and talk all day and make fun of the people who do the actual work. Why they are arrogant is beyond me but as the sun rises they surely think that they are better than everyone.
When the managers can be heard talking bad about other employees in an open office environment there is a problem. When they talk for multiple hours at a time about non work topics there is a problem. When they show up late to every meeting there is a problem. If anyone else acted in this manner they would be fired. Complete double standard. There is no professionalism.
I felt like I was back in high school when I worked here. The head manager can't get through a Monday all team meeting without talking about alcohol and how wasted he was or is going to get. Core values do not exist in the workplace. Values are what you do, not a sentence you have written on the wall. They think they can treat you however they want and then say your supposed to have mutual respect. I don't think they understand what mutual means.
