Was referred to Rosier Insurance from a colleague who was pleased with their pricing. Requested a quote from Gianni who responded quickly. He asked for copies of all of my current polices. I replied the same day with all requested documents. Must have determined they weren't competitive. Gianni couldn't even find the time to reply to my email. 7 months later I get an email from Gianni instructing me to download a file.
The file wouldn't open so I asked him to resend in another format. He replied back directly stating his email had been hacked. No apology. No nothing. The only response from Rosier Insurance was from a hacker. STAY AWAY from these clowns. Absolutely terrible customer experience.
