This lady is a Total rip off. Came for a title transfer which is only 15$ at DMV. Ivette charged $207. Never going back. This lady takes advantage of people that don't speak much English. The whole office seems like a scam

I love dealing with her instead of DMV. She expedites everything! For example, the first time I stepped in her office, It was almost 5 and I had a forgotten I had to be in court the next day; with proof of insurance and registration or proof of having it now. I had neither. She found me the cheapest liability insurance I had ever heard of, and renewed my registration, along with a print out from dmv confirming it.
