Kathy Molina went above and beyond in assisting me with my need for tracking payments for my fathers estate accounting. I had moved from my own home, and was paying for two separate houses insurance with estate funds. During the move I lost track of some of those payments. After explaining my dilemma to Kathy, she dug in with enthusiasm! Her kindness, professionalism and just wiliness to help went so far above the norm we see these days.

I've been using Preferred Insurance to cover my last 3 vehicles and now my home. They've always been prompt and professional whenever I have a question or would like to make changes. I actually moved a couple years ago to the opposite end of the state and I continue to use them for all of my insurance needs. Working with them over the phone or via email has never been an issue. I also trust their opinion on the coverage options I may need so I'm always sure to ask them to review my entire policy when I make a change for any suggestions. Keep up the good work guys!

I had a great experience with Kathy today. I had made a huge mistake and was very. well. somewhat frantic. On the other end of the phone was Kathy, she was so calm, polite and kept reassuring me that we caught everything, no worries and stayed on the phone until everything was resolved to my complete satisfaction and confirmed in writing. Absolutely Fabulous!
