My experience with this company a little over a year now has been nothing short of a nightmare and hassle. You want to speak with someone directly for Mercury Insurance? Don't bother because the operator transfers you to whoever without investigating the reason for your call, and once transferred to whomever the machine answers.

Every time. Your Mercury policy pricing will never be consistent so be ready to have money drawn out of your accounts without your permission during a global pandemic. Also, don't bother to make or request changes to your policy two months prior to your scheduled auto renewal because the request will be neglected and more money will still be taken from you against your requests. RUN FOR THE HILLS.
