Use them for a totaled car and for a windshield on another car. My representative was fantastic my quotes did not go up after and have been affordable from the get-go. Highly recommend Vermont mutual as not only do they have the cheapest and best rates but they also have the best and most competent customer service when needed. There was no bargaining or swindling and I actually got a little extra for my car for replacing my engine and transmission which is something they technically did not have to do but still did. Highly recommended

Worst experience with an insurance company imaginable. The agent was so rude, she actually implied that I myself had caused the damage incurred by the theft of my car! After 2 months of zero response to my claim, I walked away with pretty much nothing. My brand new stolen vehicle is a memory, and VT Mutual sleezed out with an incredibly small amount of financial compensation. I couldn't be more dissatisfied.

Vermont mutual, has a policy, their insured calls them directly, vetoes the Agent. Someone hit my parked car. I had to do all the investigation on my own. And I got all the information thanks to cameras in the parking lot. The VM was no help at all.

Not sure why people giving bad reviews here but my experience with Vermont Mutual have been excellent. Heather handled my claim amazingly and communicating was very easy and supportive. The price of my car insurance was also the best around. I absolutely recommend doing business with this company
