Nicole joined FBinsure in 2009 after financial consulting experience. She holds a BS in Corporate Finance and an MBA from Bentley University. As President, she oversees operations and technology while serving on industry advisory councils.
Tom Rogers
Chief Executive Officer
Tom became CEO in 2025 after leadership roles in technology and insurance. He holds a BS in Finance from Bentley University and multiple insurance designations. Active in community organizations, he resides in Lakeville, MA.
Gregory Arnold
Chief Financial Officer
Greg joined FBinsure in 2004 with prior financial management experience. He holds BS and MBA degrees in Accounting and oversees financial operations. Greg actively participates in youth sports organizations in Southeastern Massachusetts.

Kerrie joined FBinsure in 2008 after military service and insurance roles. She holds multiple industry certifications and leads operations while serving on the Applied Client Network Board of Directors.
