Our company's roots date back to the days of the great Alaskan legislator, John Butrovich, and his agency, Alaskan Insurance Agency. Though there have been many transitions and ownership changes since then, our focus and commitment to Alaska has always stayed true. In 2007, David Hale our President and Agency Principal, took ownership of a book of business that he helped build.

Ashley Oskolkoff was born in Kenai and has spent most of her life in Alaska. She currently resides in Fairbanks. Ashley has been with Hale & Associates for 1 year. She holds an associate degree in Small Business Management with a major in accounting. Ashley loves the outdoors and takes advantage of everything Alaska has to offer.

Brandi Husband was born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska. After graduating from Monroe Catholic, she left to experience life outside of Fairbanks, and moved to Cincinnati, Anchorage, Seattle, Venice Beach, Sacramento, and Nashville. Her wide range of interests led her to explore a variety of careers including banking, jewelry sales, truck driving, and commercial and residential property management.

David Hale is the President & Principal of our firm. David moved to Fairbanks in 1977, graduated from North Pole High School, and was a member of the Plumber and Pipe Fitters Local 375 until 1986 when he changed careers and joined Corroon and Black Dawson Insurance, which later became Willis of Alaska.
