Any time I need something insurance related these guys get it done right away. When I lost my apartment to a tornado in 2020 an agent was onsite right away & I received prompt payments for the damage & associated costs with moving. I have been so pleased with then that I continue to use them after moving 200 miles away. The same excellent assistance goes on with my auto policy as well.

They took my money for a year of workers comp less than a month I canceled. Their agent Pam was very rude in assisting my needs with this from 12/20/21 till 1/07/22 I have since then completed 2 audits and e signed over 4 different documents to get my money back each time a month has went by I've called to check each time a different person and different problem with my refund today I have called and they said I refused my audit which they dated till March 28th and I signed with Pam on 1 7 22 now telling me it's my fault for refusing to do a audit now they have put me off to travelers to deal with it.
They took my money and have taken no responsibility for their mistakes this company is a scam and the owners are obviously unprofessional and won't take responsibility when they mess up! Beware! I will also be posting flyers all over Westend and turning to social media to show this incompetent company and its employees!

Very knowledgeable. I called them knowing nothing about what I needed and they happily explained what I needed and why it was important for my small business. If you want a family type environment that will help you this is definitely your go to.

I had a bit of a strange circumstance trying to insure a historic home. I requested a quote and Anna Hale reached out that same day. She was knowledgeable and responsive, and so was her back-up Emilie. They were able to find a quote with the proper level of coverage, and a few days later found an alternative with the same coverage at a better price. I decided to bundle and just insure everything through Hale. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them.
