We have been with Buffer for the last year and they have been wonderful to work with. I love how they interact with our company and respond to our emails, phone calls and answer our questions in a timely manner. Sean and Shelly have been great in educating and explaining the benefits to our employees during onsite benefit meetings. We just went through open enrollment and they walked us through every step of the way and made is such a smooth transition! They are awesome! If you are looking at signing up for Medicare soon, don't waste any time in getting in touch with Buffer Insurance. I first spoke with Nathan Beal, an Employee Benefits Salesman who walked me through basic Medicare. Nathan then put me in touch with Cody Franklin, Medicare expert who detailed the Medicare process, following up with a lengthy email which included additional information. Thanks to these two gentleman; I am well-informed and ready to move forward. Appreciate the quick response and professionalism shown by Nathan and Cody. Thanks Buffer!

Sean Turner went above and beyond to assist me in the transition to Medicare and its related programs. Sean is extremely knowleagle and quick to return communication. I am currently sorting out my portion of the cost of an upcoming procedure. The billing clerk I am dealing with has been at her job for a number of years and is very helpful but was unaware of a clause regarding my eligibility that Sean knew off the top of his head. Very happy with Sean Turner!
