Incredibly helpful! From the time that I got my policy started to the day i unfortunately had to make a claim I couldn't have asked for Jon to make things any easier than he did. Phone calls were answered or promptly returned and I didn't spend any unnecessary time waiting to get the information that I needed. The customer service has been excellent!
