My car was totaled recently and I am going to be without a vehicle for 7 weeks, until my new car arrives. Nicole Copenhaver has worked with us for days to obtain rental coverage through the other driver's insurance company, since that driver was at fault. She has handled multiple emails and phone calls on our behalf, including on the weekends. We highly recommend Nicole and Miller-Hanover!

Our dealership uses Miller Hanover to process our PA customer's tag and title and they are wonderful! Mary and Nicole always go above and beyond to help us. Their turnaround time is quite impressive given the current pandemic situation, most places are several weeks behind! The staff is always responsive and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to have tag/title work done in Pennsylvania.

Our agent Jayne Mann is the BEST! She is always easy to work with and is very helpful. She is very knowledgeable regarding our auto and homeowners policies and whenever our policy's are close to renewing she calls if she can get us a better deal. When my wife and I were looking for a new insurance agent, we talked to Stephanie Keech at Miller of Hanover. After talking with her, we ended our search and will no longer look at other agents or companies. She was able to walk us thru the process and save us money over our current insurance company while also increasing our coverage. She was able to guide us with home owners and auto plus explain all the fine details thoroughly that are often cumbersome to understand.

I have been a customer with Miller Hanover Insurance for 30 years, starting out with just auto then house and also motorcycle insurance. Last year I totaled my truck in an accident, Miller not only responded to my situation immediately, but they made everything very easy for me. This includes renting a car to receiving a check to pay off my truck and get another car. Anytime I call them they are always friendly and very helpful!
