Today, I spoke with Maya just needing information and I explained that to her. She was extremely helpful, making sure I had all the information requested. She answered all my questions and clarified specifics so I was sure about the coverages. Maya was courteous and professional and has a great sense of humor. I cant say how thankful I am to Maya for helping me get my health insurance figured out. After moving from out of state while pregnant, I was more than overwhelmed with where to start but needing it to be done quickly to start my prenatal care, and establish care for my husband and two kids. Charlotte and her team are amazing!!! I was in a bind with finding replacement health insurance, with only ten days until my enrollment window was set to close. Charlotte secured the income tax credit, found a great replacement policy and placed it the day before my expiration. When you're shopping for health insurance, let Charlotte take care of it! We recently leased a vehicle at Dallas Love Field in Texas. We had the vehicle for three days. We returned the vehicle fully fueled and in perfect condition. The rental company's return staff examined the vehicle said everything is great. Have a good day! And sent us on our way to the airport. However, the same afternoon as we flew from Dallas to Boise they sent an email stating they had a large claim against us for some pretty major damage to the vehicle. We knew that was not accurate. We had documentation that their claim was fraudulent and presented it to Isaac. He immediately went to work on our behalf and contacted the rental agency's upper level management. The following day Isaac contacted us and stated it was damaged "after" we returned the vehicle and they fraudulently altered our "return time" on our paperwork. Because of his dedication to service he resolved our situation expeditiously and their false claim was dismissed. Thank you Isaac Skelton and Idaho Insurance Agency!

My husband and I recently and suddenly moved to Boise. Many changes were taking place in our family in regards to moving and me being 8 months pregnant. Because the birth of our child was coming up soon, we needed insurance ASAP. Not being familiar with Boise at all, I called Idaho Insurance Agency on a whim and I am so THANKFUL that I did. The first time I called, I spoke with Heather and she has been extremely helpful ever since. She was very attentive to our unique situation and was very quick to help me.
