Sandra Caro, Agent/Owner, is extremely rude, unprofessional and does not understand customer service whatsoever. She has an attitude issue and it goes to show why First Texas Insurance is so poorly rated. I will do everything in my power to spread the word about the lack of customer service and Sandra's lack of professionalism; afterall, your customers/clients determine the success factor. I highly advise all to steer clear of this business ran by such personnel.

BEWARE OF BUSINESS! I called to get a business quote from First Texas Agency and unfortunately had to deal with agent/owner Sandra Caro. I had a simple question and Sandra responded with an attitude for absolutely no reason. When I asked why she has an attitude and said that isn't proper customer service, she told me to take my business elsewhere, rather than correcting herself or apologizing. Sandra Caro is unprofessional and a detrimental for any business.

I am positive she is highly contributing to the numerous poor reviews and ratings online of the business. As long as Sandra Caro is in charge of First Texas Agency, it is best for ALL to take their business elsewhere, PERIOD.

Never come here I called for a quote and to pick up paper work the rude lady in the front states did you pay for the policy I was like no came and picked up paper work to start the policy. Do not come here service sucks and people are not professional came from east side drove for nothing.
