During his career, he has been the number one producer of disability insurance for Guardian nationwide multiple times, and as a General Agent for Guardian he sits on the Field Advisory Board for Berkshire Life. Steve is also the only person to become a member of Berkshire's lifetime achievement "DI Circle of Excellence" twice, both as a producer and a General Agent.
