Bill Status

The following criteria must be met in order to receive a response to a bill status submission. Forms submitted that do not meet these requirements will not receive a reply. 2. The requesting party must be an employee of the provider, or an authorized agent as confirmed on the invoice in question. If the criteria is met and it is available, a copy of the Explanation of Benefits will be sent to the email or fax provided.
