As an independent health insurance broker, we are licensed by the State of Oregon to represent and work for our clients in the purchase and service of insurance products. We work throughout the state including the cities of Portland, Eugene, Salem, Gresham, Beaverton, Tigard, Corvallis, Cottage Grove, Medford, Bend, and all others. We offer Pacific Source, Kaiser Permanente, Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, Health Net, MODA, United Health Care, Providence, and many more.

Chris Boone joined BIA in 2004, and currently holds the position of President and Sales Associate. He graduated from OSU in 2003, with a degree in Business Finance. He is actively involved in the Eugene Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), and various other community organizations.
