Altech is the best agency. Neil and his staff always took care of our needs and ensured we have the best insurances. Neil discovered an error in my mother's in law driving recordwhich was there for a while unnoticed by their previous agent. Neil helped her to fix it and saved her a lot of money. Debbie helped us to find the best and most affordable insurance for our daughter's college. I highly recommend Altech staff to all searching for a right insurance.

I have been with Altech for 15 years. They have seen me through dozens of changes, claims, additional needs, less needs, etc. It is rare to experience customer service that you cringe to call customer service because it's more like the kind of attention that a friend or family would give you. They are understanding, caring, thoughtful, professional, and knowledgeable. I trust them and know that they have my best interest at heart. I can't imagine going anywhere else because they make me feel like their top priority whenever I call. Thank you Altech for being always being there for me and always making me feel welcome.
