I called San Tan Insurance because I am moving to the Phoenix Metro area and needed a good insurance agent to help me get all set up there. The staff are all friendly and approachable. John spent a good amount of time with me listening to my needs, asking the right questions, and offering great help and direction. As a new home buyer, I had a lot of questions and John helped throughout the entire process, from delivering a great set of quotes, to quickly getting the insurance certificates to the lender to help us close on time.

Highly recommend working with an agency like San Tan Insurance rather than going directly to insurance carriers. An agency/broker can listen to what you need, and help find the best insurer to fit those needs.

I had MetLife Auto & Home for years. I was always lukewarm on them. When I moved to AZ I had to call them 4 times to get my policies accurate, it was so frustrating. My folks had used John and had a great experience so I decided to call him. John found me a better policy with more coverage and a big savings. He talked me through what I would need, not need and discounts that were available. My policies arrived correct and I feel good knowing I'm correctly covered. Thanks John!

My husband and I have been working with John Boughton for 2 years now. We now have our new home and 2 new cars insured with John's help. We had a lot to learn with our Home and Auto coverage options, having recently moved here from Washington state. So many times I would send off a question in an email and was astonished to get a reply within minutes or hours on a Weekend! I still don't expect that quick of a response.but we keep getting it.
