The team at Champion Insurance of Austintown continuously impresses me with their customer service. I utilize them for retirement and several types of insurance and will always recommend them to others. One of their greatest qualities is that they explain all of the jargon in terms that I understand! No guessing what a line in my insurance policy means, the team at CIA is always there to spell it out for me. I can't recommend them enough and couldn't be more thankful for the service they provide.

I cannot say enough about Champion Insurance of Austintown. The days of customer service are non-extinct. Tom and the Staff at Champion Insurance has brought faith back that there is great personalize service still left in companies. If you call their office you speak to people not computers, they are friendly, kind and informative. They provide the best customer service not only to get your business but nothing changes after the contract is signed.
